6. Rekisterin säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Rekisterin säännönmukaisena tietolähteenä ovat asiakkailta itseltään kerättävät tiedot verkkosivuston yhteyslomakkeella.
Asiakkaista voidaan tallentaa kohdan 5. kategorioiden lisäksi myös palvelun käytön mittaustietoja Google Analytics -työkalun avulla.
7. Säännönmukaiset tietojen luovutukset
Kolmansille Euroopan Unionin alueella sijaitseville tahoille kuten esimerkiksi verkkokaupan ylläpitäjille, yhteistyökumppaneille, asiakkaan mahdollisesti tilaamia palveluja tuottaville yhtiöille sekä viranomaisille voidaan luovuttaa henkilötietoja. Näitä tietoja on mahdollista luovuttaa tavaroiden ja palveluiden toimittamista varten ja asiakkaan välisen sopimuksen toteuttamiseksi. Henkilötietoja ei luovuteta ilman asianosaisen nimenomaista suostumusta kolmansille osapuolille muutoin kuin edellä mainitussa tarkoituksessa, ellei lainsäädännöstä muuta johdu.
8. Tietojen poistaminen
Tietoja voidaan poistaa Asiakkaan vaatimuksesta tai asiakassuhteen loppumisen vuoksi. Pyynnöt tietojen poistamisesta tulee toimittaa osoitteeseen [email protected], jolloin tiedot poistetaan manuaalisesti.
9. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Asiakasrekisteriä on lupa käyttää ainoastaan henkilöillä ja ylläpitäjillä, joiden toimenkuvaan sen käyttö kuuluu. Rekisterin käyttöä valvotaan käyttäjäkohtaisin käyttäjätunnuksin ja salasanoin.
10. Kielto-oikeus
Asiakas voi saada katsottavakseen häntä koskevat tiedot. Rekisterinpitäjä saattaa periä tietojen antamisesta siitä aiheutuvan kohtuullisen, välittömät kustannukset kattavan korvauksen, mikäli asiakas on edellisen kerran saanut tietonsa tarkastettavakseen alle vuoden sisällä.
Asiakkaalla on henkilötietolain mukainen oikeus rekisteröityjen tietojensa tarkistamiseen. Asiakkaalla on tämän lisäksi myös oikeus kieltää häntä koskevien tietojen käsittely ja luovuttaminen suoramarkkinointia ja etämyyntiä varten.

10. Right of Prohibition
